FIRST ANNUAL BLUFF CITY BALLOON JAMBOREE

PLEASE NOTE: Balloons fly early in the morning and are more likely to tether in the early evening and glow late in the evening.
BALLOONS WILL NOT BE OUT DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY.
We are excited to host the first Annual Bluff City Balloon Jamboree, presented by Alston Construction. The event will take place Father's Day weekend in June 2021 on Maynard Way in the Town of Collierville, TN.
There is nothing else like it in the area. Make plans to bring out the family to enjoy live entertainment, arts and crafts displays and more at the festival site daily. Balloon flights, glows and tethered rides (weather permitting) add to the fun at dawn and dusk.
The Bluff City Balloon Jamboree is set up as a 501c3 and the proceeds from the event will benefit education through Collierville Rotary Club, Collierville Education Foundation and others to be dispersed to schools throughout the Mid-South.

Hot Air Balloon Jamboree
Celebrate with us on June 19 and 20, 2021 at this family fun event! Enjoy early afternoon tethered rides and the evening balloon glow featuring over 20 balloons. Mingle among the balloons as they light up the night sky!
Morning Balloon Launch
Early risers will experience the majesty of the mass ascension of over 20 hot air balloons. Pilots encourage spectators to take advantage of this unique photo opportunity. The morning Mass Ascension is FREE to the public.
Take Flight on a Tethered Balloon Ride
Tethered rides can accommodate passengers of all ages. Get a bird's eye view of the festival grounds! Tickets sold separately -$20 per person. Must be purchased at event.

WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
ON FRIDAY, JUNE 18, FROM 5PM TO 9PM , CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, AND THEIR FAMILIES WILL ENJOY AN EVENING OF FESTIVAL FUN THAT WILL INCLUDE TETHERED BALLOON RIDES AND GLOW, THE KIDZ ZONE, ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AGES, AND FOOD, ALL AT NO CHARGE . THE TETHERED BALLOONS ARE DESIGNED TO ALLOW OUR GUESTS EASY ACCESS. THERE WILL BE TWO BALLOONS EQUIPPED WITH CHAIRS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE PASSENGERS WHO ARE UNABLE TO WALK OR TO STAND WITHOUT ASSISTANCE. A SPECIAL NIGHT FOR SPECIAL KIDS WILL BE A PRIVATE EVENT THAT WILL ALLOW FAMILIES TO ENJOY THE FESTIVAL IN A RELAXED ATMOSPHERE DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR NEEDS.

COVID PROTOCOL
The health and safety of guests, staff, volunteers, balloonists, entertainers, and crew are of the utmost importance. Guidelines are set forth by the CDC and the SCHD will be followed. Safety measures include a mask policy consistent with health directives and reduced capacity to 5,000 attendees.
All tickets for entry into the Jamboree must be purchased online. We will have contactless ticketing and entry at the gate. The carnival is touchless payment as well and will use Magic Money to purchase rides. All food vendors are required to use touchless payment as well.
Guests will need to practice social distancing where lines are large crowds are formed.
