The much awaited Tesla Cybertruck won't begin mass production in 2023 as originally planned.
The long-delayed car has reportedly improved in recent reports. Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla,
has told investors that while some Cybertrucks may roll off the assembly lines this summer, full production won't start until 2024.
Since Tesla doesn't reply to media questions, Musk's quarterly investor calls are typically the best way to learn about Tesla's goals.
This declaration was made by Musk during his investor presentation for the fourth quarter.
Musk has since claimed that the initial price he had promised is out of reach due to years of inflation and supply chain concerns.
With a starting price of under $40,000, Ford F, +2.36% introduced its own F-150 Lightning electric truck before swiftly raising it to almost $50,000.
